Airlines Increase Fuel Surcharge 19th February 2003

The major airlines have announced a further increase in the fuel surcharge they apply. The rate will now be GBP 0.09 per kilo, USD 0.15 per kilo or local equivalent. The increase for most carriers applies from 1st March 2003.
