HS Code Requirement for Import into Dubai

As an exporter to Dubai we should like to inform you of a new requirement effective 1st April 2004.

From that date all shippers invoices – i.e. your invoices to your Dubai customers, will require the HS code for each item to be shown. Failure will result in a fine being levied to you customer for each missing HS code.
